問：設總破者，豈亦不有一分相扶？各許淨見不緣我故，又互不許染緣我故。

Question: If it refutes them comprehensively, does this not also involve a partial proving of what is already established? For each accepts that the pure view does not cognize the self, and they mutually do not accept that the defiled [view] cognizes the self.
