答：故《疏》說云，但緣我見皆不緣我，此簡淨見及互不許，悉皆盡矣。論略指法，疏具明也。有云：若言我見應不緣我，即有過失，染見不緣我故者。

Answer: Therefore the Commentary says that whenever it is a view of a self, none of them cognizes the self; this thoroughly excludes both the pure view and what they mutually do not accept. The Treatise outlines the doctrine succinctly, while the Commentary explains it fully. Some say: If one says that the view of a self should not cognize the self, then there is a fault, because the defiled view does not cognize the self.
