答：有義，俱生據伏，分別約斷，斷之與伏俱名斷故。或翻譯者不悟大乘，隨自所解小乘相說，薩婆多等皆見斷故。

Answer: One opinion holds: innate is based on suppression, and conceptualized is based on eradication; because both eradication and suppression are called 'abandonment'. Alternatively, the translator did not realize the Mahāyāna, and spoke in accordance with the features of the Hīnayāna that he understood, because the Sarvāstivāda and others hold that all are abandoned by vision.
