彼宗不許他身、非情而立得故。故《俱舍論》第四云：非他相續，無有成就，他身法故，非非相續，無有成就非情法故。

Because that school does not accept that possession (prāpti) is established in relation to another's continuum or insentient things. Thus the fourth fascicle of the Abhidharmakośa-bhāṣya states: 'It is not with another's continuum [that there is possession], for there is no possession because it is a factor belonging to another's continuum; it is not with what is non-continuous, for there is no possession because it is an insentient factor.'
