按彼論云：種子成者，謂若生欲界，色、無色界繫煩惱、隨煩惱由種子成就，故成熟及生得善。

According to that treatise: 'Possession through seeds means that if one is born in the desire realm, afflictions and secondary afflictions bound to the form and formless realms are possessed through seeds, mature, as well as innately acquired good.'
