答：雖有種體用不成故，故亦不成。若用成者，非異生故。有說：論既自言依障種立，故應但說名種不成。

Answer: Although there is the substance of the seed, its function is not achieved, and therefore it is also not achieved. If its function were achieved, one would not be an ordinary person. Some say: Since the Treatise itself states that it is established based on the seeds of the hindrances, it should only be called non-achievement of seeds.
