詳曰：此非善釋，若望障種，此即種成，何名不成？故知非得望所未得名為非得，如前說善。

Examination: This is not a good explanation. In relation to the seeds of the hindrances, these are precisely seed-achievements; how could they be called non-achievement? Therefore, we know that non-attainment is called non-attainment in relation to what has not yet been attained; what was said before is correct.
