問：按《俱舍》云：「謂相似法與相似法為同類因。」三性、五蘊自部自地，唯與自地自部為因。云何今云善望不善為同類耶？

Question: According to the Kośa, it says: "Similar dharmas serve as similar cause for similar dharmas." With respect to the three natures and the five skandhas, their own categories and own planes serve as cause only for their own planes and own categories. How can it be said now that wholesome [dharmas] serve as a similar [cause] in relation to unwholesome [dharmas]?
