問：眾生未然，三界經云：人臨終時將生地獄，神識從足出；生畜生者，從膝出；墜餓鬼者，從腹出；生人者，從心出；生天者，從眼出；作聖人者，從頂出。與瑜伽等何故差異？

Question: Regarding sentient beings, it is not yet so [clearly stated]. The Sūtra on the Three Realms says: 'When a person approaches the end of life, if they are about to be born in hell, consciousness exits from the feet; if born as an animal, it exits from the knees; if falling among hungry ghosts, it exits from the belly; if born as a human, it exits from the heart; if born in the heavens, it exits from the eyes; if becoming a sage, it exits from the crown.' Why does this differ from the Yogācārabhūmi and so forth?
