問：我猶主義、可計一、常。所既不然、計多何過？如計諸蘊我一、所四，此何不然？

Question: The self still means the master, and one may conceive it as singular and permanent. But since what belongs to the self is not like this, what fault is there in conceiving it as manifold? Just as when one conceives the aggregates, the self is one and what belongs to it is four—why would this not be so?
