答：定有專注一境之相，境對稱一，第七不爾。據境有為，故云別緣，而非第七作別緣解，而似一常依相續說。

Answer: Concentration has the characteristic of exclusive focus on a single object; relative to its object, it is designated as 'one'. The seventh is not like this. In terms of the object being conditioned, it is therefore said to separately apprehend; it is not that the seventh forms an understanding of separately apprehending, but appears as a single permanent entity based on the continuum.
