4.698

論：此中顯示，決擇意化。成所作智相應意業，能起化故，名化意業。此能決擇，所化眾生八萬四千心行差別。心行差別，如疏具錄，此不重記。

Treatise: Here is revealed the mental transformation of discrimination. Mental action associated with the wisdom of action is called transformed mental action because it can initiate transformation. This can discriminate the eighty-four thousand variations of mental activities of the sentient beings to be transformed. The variations of mental activities are fully recorded in the Commentary, and are not recorded again here.
