經：由是如來觀諸眾生所行之行，行與不行若德若失，為令取捨，造作對治。
Sūtra: 'Thereby the Tathāgata observes the conduct performed by sentient beings—whether engaging or not engaging has virtue or fault—and in order to make them adopt or abandon it, produces antidotes.'
