答：有善惡名即成益損。又於他處而有益損，不唯約自。又能彼慳而長於貪亦名益損，故損益義二世亦成。

Answer: Having the reputation of being wholesome or unwholesome already constitutes benefit or harm. Moreover, there is benefit or harm in other places; it is not determined solely in relation to oneself. Furthermore, curbing another's stinginess while increasing their greed is also termed benefit or harm; thus the meaning of harm and benefit holds true for both lifetimes as well.
