詳曰：前雖屢言惠等心所，而未成立離心有體，何非喻過？又未見教經部師中唯不立定許餘心所。二釋俱難，故依疏善。

Detailed examination: Although earlier he repeatedly spoke of caitasikas such as wisdom, he has not yet established that they have an essence separate from citta; why would this not be an error in the example? Furthermore, we have not seen it taught that among Sautrāntika teachers they uniquely reject samādhi while accepting the other caitasikas. Both explanations face difficulties, so relying on the Commentary is best.
