5.207

有義：訶謂訶責，厭謂厭離，見世間人及世間法，訶責暴人，厭離惡法，故於暴惡而生輕拒。而彈《疏》云：謂自厭惡此定不然。自厭惡者，即是輕拒，愧之自性，非世間故。今者既顯世間訶厭，故前為正。

A different opinion says: 'Reproach' means censuring; 'revulsion' means turning away. Seeing worldly people and worldly dharmas censuring cruel people and turning away from bad dharmas, one gives rise to disdain and rejection toward cruelty and badness. And it criticizes the Commentary, saying: 'To say it is self-revulsion and disgust is definitely not correct. Self-revulsion and disgust is just disdain and rejection, which is the self-nature of remorse, not the worldly.' Now, since the text indicates the world's reproach and revulsion, the former explanation is correct.
