5.333

有義：今解此等非是法執，若不堅著，但起欣求。此既善心，不可名執，可同有部名善法欲。若起染愛，是煩惱貪。

One interpretation says: This is now explained as not being attachment to dharmas. If one does not adhere obstinately, but merely gives rise to aspiration, this is already a wholesome mind and cannot be called attachment; it may, in agreement with the Sarvāstivādins, be called 'desire for wholesome dharmas' (kuśala-dharma-chanda). If one gives rise to defiled love, that is the affliction of greed.
