釋曰：信等五根、意、喜、樂、捨還以學等三種為義，一通三種非學非無學為義。

Explanation: The five faculties of faith and so forth, the mental faculty, joy, pleasure, and equanimity, also take the three kinds—trainee and so forth—as their object. One is common to the three kinds and takes neither the trainee nor the non-trainee as its object.
