5.533

釋曰：彼前未斷見道之惑，身在下地而得起之；若生上已，下地見惑而不起也。准斯文意許起，應善更思。

The explanation says: Before those afflictions of the path of seeing are abandoned, while one's body is in a lower stage, they can arise; but once born in a higher stage, the lower-stage afflictions of seeing do not arise. According to the meaning of this text, arising is permitted; one should reflect on this well.
