有義斷云：欲界聞、思既非三見及所起戒，如何二取說緣下地，故不緣者以之為勝？

One opinion determines: Since hearing and thinking in the desire realm are neither the three views nor the precepts given rise to [by them], how could the two attachments be said to take lower stages as object? Therefore, taking them not to be objects is superior.
