詳曰：意說二取憶於下戒，因聞、思起所有二取名緣於下，不言聞、思即是二取所執見、戒。餘難如《燈》。

[Zhizhou] examines [this] saying: The meaning is that the two attachments recollect lower precepts, and all the two attachments given rise to by hearing and thinking are said to take the lower as object; it does not say that hearing and thinking are themselves the views and precepts grasped by the two attachments. Other objections are as in the *Cheng weishi lun liaoyi deng*.
