詳曰：夫染悔者，悔修於善，悔不作惡，此豈非迷苦諦理耶？雖復邪見，前後引生，不緣為境，親迷何失，無文遮故。

The analysis states: Defiled remorse means regretting the cultivation of good and regretting not performing evil; how could this not be delusion regarding the principle of the truth of suffering? Even though it is sequentially induced by wrong view, it does not take [wrong view] as its cognitive object; what fault is there in it being a direct delusion, since no text precludes it?
