詳曰：今取前釋，夫有心所如有心王，若不云意，恐疑有所而無王也，縱無其樂，理無妨故。

I evaluate: I now adopt the former explanation. Wherever there are caitasikas, there must be a citta; if the mental faculty is not mentioned, one might suspect that there are caitasikas without a citta. Even if there is no pleasure, in principle there is no obstacle.
