6.135

釋曰：由修習力雖無分別而能任運出入此定，先由修習有心定故，有諸行、相、狀入出於定，於有心定由多修習厭離加行，加行力故任運入出。

Explanation: Due to the power of cultivation, although there is no conceptual discrimination, one can spontaneously enter and emerge from this absorption. Because one previously cultivated absorptions with mind, there are activities, marks, and shapes for entering and emerging from absorption; through repeated cultivation of the preparatory effort of revulsion in absorptions with mind, one spontaneously enters and emerges by the power of preparatory effort.
