又釋此據自在，若未自在亦由期願而方出定。今觀此文通初、久習，言先期心是初業者，善修治故是久業者；下文但釋久習出定，闕初不云。

Another explanation: This is based on mastery; if one has not attained mastery, one emerges from absorption also by means of deliberate vow. Examining this text now, it covers both beginners and long-time practitioners: the statement 'previously deliberate intention' refers to beginners, while 'because of well-cultivating and training' refers to long-time practitioners. The lower text only explains long-time practitioners emerging from absorption, omitting beginners.
