所言住者，《對法》第五云：「任持增上者，謂風輪等於水輪等，器世間於有情世間，大種於所造，諸根於諸識。」

As for what is called 'staying': The Abhidharmasamuccaya-bhāṣya, fascicle 5, states: 'Sustaining predominance refers to the wind mandala and so on with respect to the water mandala and so on; the vessel world with respect to the sentient world; the great elements with respect to the derived matter; the faculties with respect to the consciousnesses.'
