詳曰：若以全缺而會文者，理亦不然，且隨順處而亦不全，所引涅槃非等流故，餘處准知。故依《疏》斷，以無間緣形對九品非定隨順，故論不取得等流果。又真等流種自相生，生自現行現行熏種，故等無間無真等流，似又不定，故不取也。

An analysis says: If one reconciles the text based on complete versus lacking, the reasoning is also not correct. For the conforming base is also not complete, since the nirvāṇa it induces is not an equal outflow; the remaining bases should be understood by analogy. Therefore, one should judge in accordance with the Commentary: because the immediately contiguous condition, when compared against the nine grades, is not definitely conforming, the treatise does not accept that it obtains an equal outflow result. Furthermore, true equal outflow is seeds mutually generating themselves, or generating their own active manifestations, and active manifestations perfuming seeds; therefore, the equal and immediately contiguous has no true equal outflow, and its resemblance is moreover indefinite, hence it is not accepted.
