答：正會如《疏》。復有說云：經中既云起欲界心，明知八地得起有漏而言無漏，依多分說。

Answer: The correct harmonization is as in the Commentary. Another says: since the sūtra states that one gives rise to a desire-realm mind, one clearly knows that on the eighth ground one is able to give rise to the defiled; the statement that it is undefiled is spoken based on the majority.
