釋曰：我、法二執現行之位，名「覺悟執」。諸無漏心，及善、無覆無記心等，名為「無執」。無執心中，於諸名等有不了、了。思可知也。

The commentary states: The stage where the two graspings of self and dharmas are active is called 'grasping through conceptual awareness.' All anāsrava minds, as well as wholesome and non-obscured avyākṛta minds, are termed 'non-grasping.' Within a mind of non-grasping, there is non-comprehension and comprehension with regard to various names and so forth. One should reflect to understand this.
