釋曰：所斷麁重即惑種子，或無堪任。所言「轉依」即第八識，能離識上一分麁重，名之為「得」。或成實性亦為「轉依」，「得」義同前。

The explanation says: The crude weightiness to be severed is the seeds of affliction, or lack of capability. The stated "transformation of the basis" is the eighth consciousness; being able to depart from a portion of the crude weightiness on that consciousness is called "obtaining." Or the fully accomplished nature is also the "transformation of the basis," and the meaning of "obtaining" is as before.
