答：《中邊》據彼幻事等體，及能執心、所執水等，通喻二性；《攝論》據事，但類依他，故不相違。

Answer: The Madhyāntavibhāga relies on the substance of those illusory events and so forth, as well as the mind capable of clinging and the clung-to water and so forth, to generally illustrate the two natures. The Mahāyānasaṃgraha relies on the phenomenal event and only analogizes it to the dependent nature. Therefore, they do not contradict each other.
