Analysis: In principle, this is not necessarily so. While currently abiding in the causal stage, how could his power be complete? Even granting that his own virtues were complete and thus he might lack the initial section, why would he lack the third? Furthermore, Vasubandhu's Triṃśikā-vijñapti also has only the correct exposition; could it be that his power was also complete? Therefore, this is not a good understanding.
