述曰：此下別非，初二句頌，顯喻不成；下二句頌，顯不成理。與外比量立宗中，法差別相違，彼宗法言有餘趣生，名法自相，此上所有，受彼器果，不受器果等，是法差別。今但與彼宗差別為違，天中餘趣受彼器果，汝宗所執地獄中餘趣不受器果故。

The Commentary says: From this point downward is the specific denial. The first two lines of the verse show that the example is unestablished; the latter two lines show the reason for its unestablishment. It commits the fallacy of contrary-to-the-intended-attribute of the predicate (dharmaviśeṣaviparītasādhana) in the thesis of the opponent's inference. In their thesis, the property that "there are beings of other destinies born" is called the self-characteristic of the property (dharma-svalakṣaṇa); that which is above it—experiencing the fruit of that receptacle-world or not experiencing the fruit of that receptacle-world—is the distinction of the property (dharmaviśeṣa). Now it merely contradicts the distinction of that school: other destinies in heaven experience the fruit of that receptacle-world, whereas the other destinies in hell posited by your school do not experience the fruit of that receptacle-world.
