論曰：諸有傍生生天上者，必有能感彼器樂業生彼定受器所生樂。
The treatise says: All animals that are born in heaven necessarily possess karma that can bring about the pleasures of that receptacle-world, and being born there, they definitely experience the pleasures produced by that receptacle-world.
