七、於不得分位差別建立一種者，解云：「當知則是異生性，謂前無漏聖法不得義邊，假立異生性，則於未得見道已來色、心、心所有法上假立。」

Seventh: concerning 'establishing one kind upon distinctions in the state of non-attainment', the explanation says: "One should know that this is the state of an ordinary person. Based on the aspect of non-attainment of the aforementioned uncontaminated noble dharmas, the state of an ordinary person is nominally established; it is nominally established upon rūpa, citta, and caitta-dharmas prior to attaining the path of seeing."
