Fourth, from 'attaining unimpeded' onward, clarifies the virtue of sovereignty. There are also three clauses: 1. being sovereign regarding the knowable, hence 'unimpeded'; 2. being sovereign regarding afflictions, hence 'unattached'; 3. being sovereign regarding the dharmas realized, hence 'the power of sovereignty over all dharmas.' This sovereignty is briefly of ten kinds, as explained in the 'Inconceivable Chapter' of the Avataṃsaka.
