問曰：若修行始淨者，何故得言無作因果？答：雖顯由修，體非今生，故曰無作。

Question: If it is only newly purified through cultivation, why can it be called non-fabricated cause and effect?

Answer: Although its manifestation depends on cultivation, its essence is not produced now; therefore it is said to be non-fabricated.
