○第二用大，文有二：初總明；次「此用有二」下，別釋。前中亦二：初、對果舉因，二、牒因顯果。

Second is the greatness of function, in which the text has two parts: first, a general explanation; next, below "this function has two kinds," a particular explanation. The former also has two parts: first, citing the cause in contrast to the fruit; second, repeating the cause to reveal the fruit.
