問：義若然者，眾生心佛還自教化眾生，何故說言佛悲願力？答：即此真心是佛悲願，謂無緣大悲及自體無障礙願等，即性起大用也。

Question: If the meaning is thus, then sentient beings' mind-Buddha conversely teaches and transforms sentient beings themselves; why then speak of the power of the Buddha's compassionate vows? Answer: This very true mind is the Buddha's compassionate vows—namely, the great compassion without conditions and the unobstructed vows of the self-substance, and so forth, which are the great functions arising from the nature.
