問：義若爾者，眾生心佛還自教化眾生，何佛悲願力？答：即此真心，是佛悲願，謂無緣大悲，及自體無礙願等，即生起大用也。

Question: If the meaning is thus, then the buddha of the sentient being's mind turns around to teach and transform the sentient being itself; why [speak of] the power of a buddha's compassion and vows? Answer: This very true mind is the buddha's compassion and vows; that is, the great compassion without condition and the vows unobstructed from its own essence give rise to the great function.
