3.270

二者、聞修多羅說世間諸法畢竟體空，乃至涅槃真如之法亦畢竟空，從本已來自空，離一切相。以不知為破著故，即謂真如、涅槃之性唯是其空。

"Second, hearing sūtras say that all worldly phenomena are ultimately empty in essence, and even that the phenomena of nirvāṇa and tathatā are also ultimately empty, intrinsically empty of themselves from the beginning and free from all characteristics, because one does not know that this was [spoken] to demolish attachment, one then claims that the natures of tathatā and nirvāṇa are solely empty."
