以眾生妄見境界故心有分齊，以妄起想念不稱法性故不能決了。
[The Śāstra says:] 'Because sentient beings deludedly perceive spheres, their minds have boundaries; because they deludedly give rise to thoughts and ideations that do not accord with dharmatā, they are unable to understand decisively.'
