舉非中二句：初、妄見有限之境；次、以妄起想，釋成無見所由，即明有妄見故，有所不見也。

Under citing error there are two clauses: first, deludedly perceiving finite spheres; next, giving rise to thoughts through delusion explains the reason for non-perception, which clarifies that because there is deluded perception, there is that which is not perceived.
