以起如是願故，於一切時、一切處，所有眾善，隨己堪能不捨修學，心無懈怠，唯除坐時專念於止。

Because of raising such vows, at all times and in all places, in all the multitude of wholesome [deeds], one does not abandon cultivating and learning according to one's own capability, with a mind free of laxity—except solely during sitting when one concentrates one's mindfulness on calming.
