1.22

自下明會法歸體，上來初舉生滅法相，第二明有顯義功能，第三會用歸體，三義不同，總明生滅門竟。初釋真如門，後顯生滅門，二門不同，總釋顯示正義竟。

From here down, returning the dharmas to merge into the essence is explained. Above, first the characteristics of the dharmas of arising and ceasing were presented; second, their capacity to reveal meaning was explained; third, function was returned to merge into the essence. The three meanings being different, the general explanation of the aspect of arising and ceasing is now complete. First the aspect of tathatā was explained, and then the aspect of arising and ceasing was revealed; the two aspects being different, the general explanation revealing the correct meaning is now complete.
