轉難等者，意云：既若起滅不干心體，斯則真妄迢然，如何前云轉彼靜心成起滅耶？此約性相相離義為轉難也。

Regarding 'turning the challenge...' and so forth: the meaning is: if arising and ceasing have nothing to do with the essence of the mind, then the true and the false are completely distinct; how could it have been said previously that turning that still mind results in arising and ceasing? This poses a subsequent challenge based on the meaning of nature and marks being separate from each other.
