10.35

以一下，二、等諸佛釋。通約十方三世諸佛，皆以始覺同本，故得應用無始終也。

"Because of the one..." is the second part, explaining by equating all Buddhas. Speaking comprehensively of the Buddhas of the ten directions and the three periods of time, all have their actualized enlightenment equal to original [enlightenment]; therefore, their functioning has neither beginning nor end.
