11.17

又由下，二、約所依從能依故不說。內依等者，以第八、第七互依，第六依於七、八，前五依六、七、八及同境依故。有偈云：五四六有二，七八一俱依。但說能依，必知有所，故略不云。

From 'Also because' below: second, not speaking [of it] because the supported basis follows that which relies on it. 'Inner reliance' etc.: because the eighth and seventh mutually rely on each other, the sixth relies on the seventh and eighth, and the first five rely on the sixth, seventh, eighth, and their basis of shared object. There is a verse that says: 'Five have four, six has two; seven and eight each rely on one.' Merely speaking of that which relies on it, one necessarily knows that there is that which is relied upon; hence it is omitted and not mentioned.
