11.61

四中，疏　細分者，法執俱生故。迷唯心境，見從外來，起微細心，分別染淨，故云不了。

In [the explanation of] the fourth [mark], the Commentary says: "Subtle portion": because of innate attachment to dharmas. Deluded about mind-only objects, one sees them as coming from without, and raising a subtle mind, conceptually differentiates defilement and purity; hence it is said to "not understand."
