標歎，二：初、牒上所說。疏　牒上等者，上云：謂無明力不覺心動故，謂心與無明和合，起成業等三細也。

Signaling and praising, which has two parts: first, restating what was said above. Commentary: "Restating what was said above" and so on refers to what was said above: "because of the power of avidyā, the mind is moved without awareness"; that is to say, the mind coalesces with avidyā, arising to form the three subtle marks such as [the mark of] karma.
